we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final upon receipt of payment.
Please be sure to follow proper care instructions for your living order. We are not responsible for the survival of your trees/plants once they have been delivered to you.
All sales are final. Once payment has been received it is immediately disbursed to Maui farmers and growers. There are no refunds.
However, if you want to change your tree type or plan, prior to delivery, it is possible we may be able to help depending on what your order is/was and how long it has been since you placed your order. Contact a representative for possible options.
No refunds. However, we may be able to provide credit toward trees, this is based on a case by case basis and not guaranteed.
Please DO NOT place an order unless you are sure you want the item selected. We do not refund for a changed mind or buyers remorse. Once your order has been placed, your purchase is NON-refundable.
If you are unable to accept delivery due to renovating or in the planning process, or simply not ready for them, we offer storage and care at no additional charge for up to 6 months to a year.
We recommend professional installers to put your trees in the ground and review the soil and environment. We are unable to offer advice regarding tree survival should you have issues with your tree; If we were not involved in the installation process, did not witness the install or evaluate the installation location prior to planting.
