We are humbled by 2023. It’s been full of both beauty and unimaginable devastation. Our hearts and prayers are with all of those effected by the the Lahaina & Kula devastation. There are so many with out their homes this Holiday.

As we race around stressed to meet shopping deadlines, hoping to have enough money to get that special gift, wondering if  we bought enough, did enough... Remember you are enough. You are the gift. Stop. Be present in yourself and the moment and take time to be in gratitude for all that you have. 2023 has been a painful reminder that in a split second it could all change.

The time we have is the gift.
